SUP-YOGA

We practice hatha yoga adapted on a sup-board. We seek the union of the body, mind and the connection with the Sea. With each practice we increase the strength, flexibility, balance and resistance, opening and releasing the body. Providing an enormous sense of peace and harmony surrounded by a unique environment: sea/nature. We learn to breathe consciously in order to connect with yourself and the energy of doing it in the sup-board on the sea is UNIQUE.

Yoga on the beach

Yoga is the integration and feeling of deep union: body / mind /spirit. Practicing outdoors, listening to the sound of the sea, feeling, watching, waking up all senses. On the sand we work to strengthen each part of the body, balance, resistance and the most important is breathing, resting and flow ... Looking for the connection with yourself; Opening, releasing in a unique environment as it is the beach.

Thursday and Saturday 9:30h

1 hour: 20€

With membership voucher: 1 hour voucher + 6€
