The Mediterranean sea is the ideal place for those who would like to learn to surf. Mallorca Island has numerous surf spots for all levels and modalities. From Beach breaks, with quieter waves focused more to the practice of longboard, Stand Up paddle surfing or beginners . Until rocky spots where waves are more powerful for short board, buggy boarders or advanced long boarders.
In Mallorca we have waves throughout the year, although the best time to practice surfing and larger waves are concentrated from the months of September to May. During the summer , most lessons are held in the northern part of the island.
Our school offers transfer service from the school to the places located in the Playas de Muro (Can Picafort) or Son Serra de Marina, Colonia de San Pere.
Our school is recognized and our instructors are internationally qualified by the ISA (International Surfing Association). All of them also have a long experience teaching Surf.
We have all kinds of courses and surf camps adapted to different ages and levels. In addition we also have private lessons and surf camps for groups.
Our Instructors will guide you on your first steps of surfing , you’ll learn how to surf safely and you will enjoy from the first moment.
We will start stretching, learning safety in the water , take off techniques , gliding , and warming up.
The groups are reduced and divided in different levels and ages. The maximum number of students is 8 for 1 Instructor .
If you have some surf experience we will go to the green waves outside the sandbanks , you’ll learn about currents , rips and exit channels , we will improve in paddling technique , board- body position and our Instructors will be constantly doing a feed back with the student.
We will also practice maneuvers : Cut back , cross step ( for long boarders ) , flow and frontside and backside basic maneuvers.
